Abstract: The paper presents the results of research on implementation of the Enterprise Project Management system tools for project management designed to streamline the process of work planning and resource management in foreign subsidiaries. Advantages and disadvantages of this type of solutions were discussed in comparison to traditional methods of management. The author also shows opportunities and threats for the development of enterprises resulting from the use of modern information technology products which support project management. Finally, psychological factors were presented which may cause employees’ concerns in international subsidiaries and may constitute an obstacle for the implementation of Enterprise Project Management systems.
