Abstract: Due to the aging of society, the authors have developed a concept of ICT platform aimed at increasing the activity of people at the retirement age. It is dedicated to members of local communities, can be used to support entrepreneurship, self-fulfillment and activation in the field of social life. In the article, based on quantitative and qualitative research, the key needs of users have been identified, and in their context, the concept of organization of the ICT platform for activating seniors has been presented.
