Abstract: The article presents the problems in the crisis-response plans and their important role in preparing for a possible crisis and coping with in, when the crisis occurs. In discussing the issue, attention is drawn to what a crisis is and, in particular, a crisis in the organization, the article presents the architecture plans for anti-crisis measures and shows the effects of lack of implementation of emergency response as an example of the largest travel agencies in Poland.
