Abstract:
Employee's investment in coaching brings forth large advantages for the whole enterprise. It accounts for building a positive image and position on the contemporary demanding market. It also enhances the value of the employer on the labor market by supporting the increase of motivation and raising the level of self-esteem. Nevertheless, coaching is only possible due to a functional and efficient realization of preceding actions, namely the identification of coaching requirements. Without them no coaching and no professional perfection is possible in a proper way in the full sense of the word.
