Abstract:
Efficient human resource management process in a company determines its effectiveness and results in optimal use of all resources necessary to achieve organizational goals. A crucial fact is the awareness of the significance of work quality and the impact on global business management. This process is of great importance for the personnel policy, and shaping factors become a valuable tool for managers at all levels for effective human resource management. The article addresses the key issues for work quality management. It also presents a range of individual and organizational actions that may contribute to improving and, consequently, increasing the work quality of the organization members.
