Abstract: Management practice delivers many examples and cases of failures in international corporations, which are deeply rooted in cultural differences. That is why the purpose of this article is to present cultural problems of individual and organizational background. Cross-cultural problems, taken into consideration in the literature, will become the reason for the crating more efficient methods of preventing such dysfunctions. The adaptation programs or cross-cultural training programs for international workers could be the examples.
