Abstract: The article contains information about Crew Resource Management Training, obligatory with regards to airlines. It shows its development through the years, states the regulatory basis for the course, creating content standards and necessary problems which have to be discussed. Also it gives general information about the modules that must be included in the training. It pays attention to importance of the training in terms of flight safety improvement.
