Abstract:
This article has two objectives. First, it seeks to understand the impact of gender diversity in top management on performance. Secondly, it aims to analyze the relationship between the disclosure of feminine values in top management and performance. We conducted unstructured interviews and administered a questionnaire to conduct an exploratory analysis of 189 unlisted Tunisian companies. Our results suggest that gender diversity is a creator of wealth, it is essential to uphold the values for women in top management to propel the performance of Tunisian firms.
