Abstract:
In the current economic context marked by the globalization phenomena and by the increasing recognition of the interdependence between enviroment, security and development, we assist at the increasing demands of the society regarding environmental protection and of the work s health and safety conditions, requirements concretised in increasingly severer regulations. New challenges for successful business management in this new millennium are growing. Success can be achieved only if a systematic approach is processed. A successful integration of management systems essentially depends on a good planning and effective implementation.
