Abstract: In this study we analyze the provisions of the collective labor agreement concluded in the sphere of machine building companies and metal production for the years 2016-2017.The analysis will reveal useful aspects that complement labor laws and also the offending clauses in the field of labor legislation. Study findings lead to the formulation of proposals with the purpose to improve collective bargaining in terms of reporting of the collective labor agreements to the provisions of the law.
