Abstract:
The article discusses the problems caused by different conflicts in business clusters: Intra- and intersubject’s conflicts – personal, of the group, organizational, between the cluster and the environment. System tensions – conflicting goals, alternative use of resources, contradictory process and integrating mechanisms, cluster‘s boundary (scope and scale of the cluster’s activity), ability and cost to regulate the complexity, impacts of cluster’s structure on the tensions. A small study has been conducted and the main problems associated with the identification of tensions and conflicts, as well as the work on them in Bulgarian clusters (different practices), are presented.
