Abstract:
During the economic growth alteration of income distribution is the outcome of interaction of various factors. As an important entity of global market the growth of China’s economy is closely related to the development of foreign trade. However in the investigation of alteration of income distribution, we have to take into account the conditions of an open economy. So, this paper brings the economic growth and income distribution to the open economy perspective through a comparative static analysis to find out influences of FDI on the host country.
