Abstract: The issues regarding the efficiency theory development of the social production under innovative economy conditions have been considered. Methods of efficiency ratio of the main assets and investment expenditures subdivision into two main constituents: labor power efficiency, substituted by assets and efficiency of living labor usage. It has been suggested the means to determine the effect of required change in the labor power during innovation. The contribution of the living labor in achieving the corresponding results is determined.
