Abstract: The study addresses the critical issue in the public policy towards labour in Bulgaria. The analysis focuses on the management of the public policies in their real environment – the institutional mechanisms of the administrative management. The text presents a possible structure of a research program on the characteristics and the existence of regulatory control algorithms.
