Abstract:
Goal of this article is to highlight the importance of the working competence of professional accountants, which is critical for maintaining a high degree of confidence in the accounting profession. The focus is set on accounting education, which aims at developing the necessary professional knowledge, skills and professional values, ethics and attitudes.
