Abstract:
The main aim of the paper is to outline the problems regarding the incorporation of soft skills into the bachelor's and master's training. The role of universities in the development of soft skills has been evaluated. Some of the pivotal challenges, which professors could face in implementing soft skills during teaching of Management Accounting were identified.
