Abstract:
Employees' behaviour in the organisation is mediated by the way employees perceive and interpret organisational phenomena. Using a system of interacting perceptions (describe, explain, evaluate, feel ...), employees make their choices. Preferences (choices) are another section of motivation system that helps the observer to describe and explain the drivers of human behavior. Why we prefer one type of leader over another? Why we like one particular leadership behaviour and we don't like another one? Based on theoretical orientations and empirical data explanations an answer to this complex question is being sought.
