Abstract:
The presented material briefly dwells on the challenges arising from the generational characteristics of current students and examines the gamified approach in teaching as a possible solution to overcome some of these specificities. A qualitative analysis of the use of gamification as an approach in higher schools and universities was made, and numerous macro-analyzes were summarized and their conclusions and recommendations were extracted and synthesized. A discussion section and conclusion are offered, which should generate more openness and enthusiasm for the approach of bringing play and fun into the overall interaction with students.
