Abstract:
This paper examines labour mobility attitudes (LMA) in Bulgarian organizations and their dynamics in the period 2001–2008. Several hypotheses about the effect of the following 4 groups of organizational factors are tested in the study: 1) social-demographic characteristics of the surveyed individuals including organizational characteristics (type of activity, size) and type of location; 2) understanding of organizational loyalty; 3) the level of overall satisfaction with the organization and the level of satisfaction with the main factors of the labour situation; 4) managerial behaviour (including employees’ participation in decision-making and nationality of manager).
