Abstract:
This article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the concept of professional-pedagogical activity and reveals its essence and structural organization. Professional-pedagogical activity is interpreted as an integrative process combining pedagogical, psychological, social-communicative and methodological components. The paper highlights the evolving functions of teachers' professional activity under the conditions of digital transformation, the competence-based approach and the use of educational analytics, and examines subject-to-subject relations, reflexive management, communicative culture and professional self-awareness. A structural model of professional-pedagogical activity, a system of criteria and indicators, as well as methodological recommendations for improving the professional training of future teachers in higher education are proposed.
