Business competition: assessment methodology, competitiveness level improvement strategies

Abstract: When the competition is fierce, any business, in order to operate normally and estimate the development prospects, should know its competitiveness level well. If a business learns about its position in the competition, it can determine and identify where the advantages are and where there are areas for improvement and choose the right strategy and tactics in line with the market development processes.
