Journal of Modern Competition, 2008, issue 2, 51-65
Abstract:
The partners' operations contribute sufficiently to a business operational efficiency increase in stable economies. The businesses that participate in any production or a service rendering process are interested in their partners' using the newest technology, management practices, efficiently operating business structure building, etc. as one partner's operational efficiency increase will contribute to the others' competitiveness level increase. Therefore it is not enough to manage the knowledge of a «singled out» business in order to be able to use the intellectual potential accumulated to the full. It is appropriate to create unions or partnerships in order to share the knowledge and databases in order to collectively create and use the intellectual resource available.
