Abstract: Competitive economy is based on the new way of thinking and the new steps made to increase the efficiency of the measures taken by doing in-depth research into the internal and external factors influencing the entity competitiveness level changes and by using modern research patterns and methodology. The article examines the concept of using the tools that increase any managerial decisions' efficiency and ensure the entity competitiveness and the resource use efficiency.
