Abstract:
The competition is one of the most fundamental market institutions. The proper interpretation of the competition institute and price competition mechanism categories has been presented. The article determines, too, the processes of the price competition formation, operation, implementation and management accordingly to the life cycle stages. The value of this study consists in the development of competition and firm institutional theories which are the very actual areas of the economy science.
