Abstract:
Anticompetitive agreements aimed at infringing the interests of consumers and extract unfair profits are recognized as «the main evil of competition» and prohibited in most countries. Purpose of the article - the classification of anticompetitive agreements. Reviewed the main types of anticompetitive agreements, which are illustrated by examples of cases of violations of the antitrust laws.
