Abstract: New Deal economic policies of the country objectively requires increased attention in the management of interactions between participants in the market of cargo road transport services. Institutional reforms in the transport industry have formed a new system of management based on the principles of using various forms of ownership and control in the market place. Under these conditions, a clear need to improve the organizational and economic mechanisms for managing interactions between participants in the market of cargo transportation by road. The author carries out theoretical generalizations necessary to highlight the processes that determine the sustainability and effectiveness of market development of road freight services.
