Opportunistic behavior of universities in educational relationships: causes and countermeasures

Abstract: The article discusses the reasons of opportunistic behavior of universities in educational relationships, related with manipulations with information about quality and other conditions of realization of the educational process. The author also examines various measures against educational universities opportunism.
