Features of development of competitive relations in sphere of the average general education

Abstract: In article the basic features of development of competitive relations in sphere of the average general education are investigated. Competition directions what, according to the author, are rivalry of educational institutions for budgetary financing, for the off-budget means received from rendering of additional paid educational services, for the public status and, as consequence, additional financing at the expense of means of welfare funds and sponsors are concretized; rivalry in the teacher's environment; rivalry of consumers of educational services for «a place at the best school» in the conditions of absence of deficiency of places in educational institutions.
