Abstract:
Formation and development of state service sphere in terms of market reforms are considered in the article. The actual situation in this field demands acceptance of the certain complex of measures of state regulation. This article gives special value to the marketing approach in granting of the state services as a way of achievement of one of the main purposes of administrative reform - it is improvement of quality and availability of the state services.
