Abstract: This article provides a systematic study of the complex of complementary methods to improve the efficiency of business processes. Methods are analyzed and grouped according to areas of its influence on business processes, the influence of map shaped methods. There was formulated the principle of selection methods for increasing efficiency according to the purpose or purposes of the insurer optimization.
