Abstract: The article analyzes and evaluation of the competitiveness of tourist facilities using the technique profile coefficient estimates the weight and identification of competitive advantages (core competency). The analysis compares the parameters of institutions in terms of attractiveness (competitive) for tourists to evaluate the quality of services, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, as well as to propose a strategy of development of tourist facilities the scope of the Naro-Fominsk municipal area.
