Abstract:
The article deals with the possibility of accounting of consumer preferences in educational services in the estimation of competitiveness of quality in higher education. The technique of carrying out of expert poll is suggested and approved, the degree of coordination of expert opinions is defined. Basing on the received data it is calculated weight-coefficients of indicators of competitiveness of quality of higher education.
