Abstract: In article management problems by long-term competitiveness of enterprise structures in construction are considered, sources of minimization of costs and the direction of differentiation of the construction organizations are systematized, main issues of formation of competitive strategy are shined. Authors offer classification of variables of segmentation of market of the building services, being a basis of working out of strategy of market focusing.
