On some categories of competition (antitrust) law

Abstract: Annotation: the article is devoted to the formation and further development of such categories as the «competition law», «the right to competition», «competitive relationship», which, in the opinion of the author, will bring together the antitrust and competition law, with civil law. The article also paid to the attention of the relation of the concepts of abuse of the law and the abuse of a dominant position on the market.
