Abstract: The article is about the socio-psychological reasons of personal competitiveness of the entrepreneur. Through analysis of the phenomenon of entrepreneurship and creative entrepreneur function, as well as through the interpretation of case studies of entrepreneurial activity, determined that the basis of personal competitiveness entrepreneur is the ability to adaptively transforming behavior - simultaneous combination of plastic adaptability to the changing socio-economic reality with active and transformative effects on.
