Improving debts relief by budgetary institutions in a competitive environment

Abstract: This article describes the order of repudiate debts by budgetary institutions in a competitive environment, including the problematic issues of determining the beginning of the period of limitation, possible cases of limitation period. The author proposes measures to improve the organization and accounting of write-offs of debts with expired limitation period in view of the competitive environment.
