Abstract:
The paper analyzes the regulations and practice in sphere of suppression of unfair competition with the use of trademarks registered in the USSR. The authors note that issues of functioning of the «Soviet of trade marks» in need of legal assess-ment and elaboration of mechanisms for regulation, without excluding the development of new marketing technologies, built into the mechanisms of fair competitive struggle.
