Abstract:
IT vendor, selling software product, wants, leaning against its competitive advantages, to improve the competitiveness. Other enterprises — consumers, getting and introducing software product, too expect from this product of reception of competitive advantages and increase of the com- petitiveness. Whether always they will get expected advantages? Whether these expectations are comparable? After all competitive advantages of the goods to different participants of the transac- tion can appear various.
