The group of business entity as an independent subject of the abuse of dominant position

Abstract: The article is devoted to the notion «collective dominance» with regard to administrative offence «abuse of a dominant position». The author gives a legal characterization of the term, analyses the judicial practice. Then the article contains opinions of famous scientists who deal with the issue. In addition the author offers own understanding of «collective dominance» and proposes some change in the law.
