Abstract: Often voiced together with phrases like “New World Order” and “Global Village”, globalization is one of the most controversial discussion topics in Turkey and the world, today. Having examined the stages of globalization, the policies that accompany it, the active and passive factors that contribute to it, nowadays one can observe that international capital and inter-national companies go side by side and borrowing and being ordered are not consecutive events, hence they are synchronized events in terms of time.
