Bilgi Üretenlerin Zor Seçimi: Mutlak Doğrular, Mütevazı Develer

Abstract:
I use Gödel’s incompleteness theorem to suggest that the search for absolute truths will be enhanced if the seeker of absolute truths accepts modestly that the results of this search will either produce inconsistent truths or remain incomplete. This implies that one of the most important goals the truth-seeker must try to accomplish is to build a complete and consistent system. Such a system will become more complete as it includes an increasing number of truths and more consistent when it does not value all truths equally.
