Türkiye’de Girişimciliğin Geliştirilmesinde KOSGEB’in Rolü ve Önemi: Uygulamalı Bir Çalışma

Abstract: In this study, entrepreneurship development and support services of KOSGEB (Small and Medium Industry Development Organization), one of the leading organizations aiming at the advancement of entrepreneurship in Turkey, were examined in three different areas. By using three different questionnaires, a survey has been conducted at SME’s in OSTİM; incubators in METU-KOSGEB Technology Development Center, and KOSGEB Entrepreneurship Courses. 92 people including firm owners and course attendants were covered in the study. As a result, the study concludes that KOSGEB can raise its effectiveness in developing entrepreneurship in Turkey by eliminating the deficiencies cited in the study.
