Abstract:
EU with education and youth programmes aims to improve quality of life of people and enhance the peace and prosperity in public. Parallel to their project organizing ability and the capability of establishing their National Agencies, EU countries have been benefiting from the programmes since 1997. Participation efforts to the programmes of union Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci and Youth was started by EU Education and Youth Programmes Center (National Agency) which became an independent institution with a law came into force in August 2003.
