Abstract: In this paper, first of all important issues in debt management such as functions, principles and aims of debt management will be examined. Then the public department in which the debt management is implemented will be discussed and some evaluations and assessments on necessary implementations of debt management so as to achieve an optimal debt management will be analyzed. As a result monetary, fiscal and independent authorities in this concern will be examined.
