Abstract: Almost one third of the citizens of Kyrgyzstan, due to various reasons in the transition period after the independence, somehow have been abroad or are currently abroad. There are many reflections of this increasing number of Kyrgyz labor force’s that works abroad. While remittances contribute to poverty reduction, on the other hand the positive effects of the following issues, such as capital accumulation, human capital and entrepreneurship, have emerged. According to the results of this empirical study, that was carried out by us with the Kyrgyz citizens who have been abroad or are currently abroad, these effects have been found to be very significant and large for Kyrgyz Republic.
