Abstract:
Abstract The traditional measurement of quality indices cannot meet the requirements of new products, precise and intelligent control. Prediction models of pulp components are established based on analyzing the correlation between cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin content and whiteness, Kappa number, intrinsic viscosity, respectively, in the chlorine dioxide bleaching process. The results show that the models can simulate the varieties of components in bleaching process and judge the quality of bleached pulp more directly than traditional quality indices. The models have a practical significance for paper products requiring the concerned component and match to the tendency of precise and intelligent control of the bleaching process.
