Abstract: Abstract In Kashmir, natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, floods, landslides, and droughts have disrupted daily life in a multitude of areas to the point that people are already experiencing the damaging consequences of these disasters in one way or another. To evaluate the effects of incidents on the educational services in Kashmir Valley, an integrated research design involving empirical and cross-sectional study within a time period of 2020 to 2021 was adopted. The findings revealed that disasters have been meddling with the delivery of educational services all across the region. Disasters were found to affect teachers and students differently depending on the perception and management toward the untoward incidents. The study emphasized on the need to adopt all-hazard management in educational infrastructure for an effective disaster mitigation and an uninterrupted educational service.
