Abstract: MS patients with spasticity suffer a significant burden because of resulting disabilities and reduced QoL, especially in cases of severe spasticity. Moreover, spasticity causes high costs that increase with increasing severity. Copyright Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2014
