Abstract: Abstract In this paper, we analyze the transport of charge carriers in some diffusion-junction and implanted-junction rectifiers under the influence of laser irradiation. It has been shown that the considered irradiation could sometimes essentially accelerate the transport of charge carriers. Also, we introduce an analytical approach of the transport of charge carriers. The approach makes it possible to simultaneously take into account the changes of properties of certain materials in space and time and as well as the nonlinearity of the considered transport. Nonlinearity of charge carriers transport could be approximated by the classical power model of their interaction. In the most interesting interval of values of temperature, one can consider power dependence thermal conductivity coefficient on temperature. Graphical abstract
