Abstract: Abstract In the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous times that we operate our businesses in, organisations have to be agile to cater to the changing demands of markets and customers, to comply with ever changing regulations and to align with dynamic environment. The long-term strategies are passé in most industries, especially the service industries, and business plans change dynamically. If Human Resource has to enable the strategies and business plans, it has to be dynamic and flexible.
